The design of an online learning experience in which a learner can navigate the content at their own pace and with opportunities to regularly check 'knowledge' before moving onto the next section. This process is supported with tutorials and face to face where needed/relevant.
The key to this model working is REGULAR ASSESSMENT opportunities and FEEDBACK so that both you and the learner can track the progress being made and where additional support is needed.
